👋 Hey, I'm Scott  — product design leader with 10 years experience. As a self-taught designer with a business strategy degree, I'm uniquely positioned to apply my design skillset to business growth.

Most recently, I was the head of design at H1 — a hyper-growth B2B Series C healthcare startup. As a player-coach, I scaled design headcount and processes. Joining at Series A as the first full-time designer, I grew the team to six.

Before H1, I was the founding designer at Mystery — an entertainment marketplace. During this time, I helped create the GrowthDesigners.co slack group, which has since grown to 1000+ members.

Before my time at startups, I worked on growth initiatives and managed a team at Egencia, a subsidiary of Expedia. And earlier, I began my career at PwC working on zero-to-one products, as well as client services consulting for large companies like Microsoft, Fidelity, and other Fortune 100 companies.

In my free time, I enjoy giving noogies to my toddler 👶, donning spandex for endurance sports 🏃 🚴,  exploring mountains 🏔️, and volunteering in my community.
